CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

 

 

We have a customer friendly Cancellation and Refund policy.

 

 Cancellation Policy :

  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of order placed. You can request your order cancellation through the link mentioned below https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfsxGngl5BpJGCpiNxeVJ7vf7oC-MclWLEE7iWVVeHJIRAsqg/viewform?usp=sf_link

  2. If you cancel your order within 12 hours, we will give you credit note of the same amount .

  3. If the product is damaged, do let us know within 24 hours by raising a return or exchange request .

 

 Return Policy:

  1. Please make a video while opening the parcel if there is damage and missing item send me video, without video we will not accept. Video should be sent withing 24 hours of receiving on our email id :- customercare@houseofatiri.com. It's compulsory. Without pause & cut and full video from start to end.

  2. You would receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours.

  3. And you would be sent a label to be attached on the package that has to be shipped.

  4. Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below –                                                 * Order Number and the Name used while placing the order                                                                       *  Shipping Address : House of Atiri, 13/61 Raj Nagar , Ghaziabad , Uttar Pradesh - 201001

  5. Products have to be well packed with your order number and name on the package or inside the package.

  6. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Items without the original tags will not be accepted

  7. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when the product is being shipped back.

  8. No return and exchange request would be accepted at all, if the return/exchange request is raised after 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

  9. Credit Note would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  10. It usually takes us 10 days to receive the product, would appreciate your patience in this case.

  11. You would be notified by us , once we receive your shipment.

  12. We don't have pickup service, you would have to self ship the product. 

 

Exchange Policy:

  2. You have to raise an exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product through . Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 10-15 working days.   13. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.

  14. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of lower amount, we would give you a coupon code for the remaining amount. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.                                                                                                   

 

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE :

* The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. 

* The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

* Sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for return or exchange.

* Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. 

* Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 24 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted.

* Alterations would be done only once for the blouses or customised orders, if needed. If you need any further alterations, the alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer.
